Scots Pine

This essence was created in the way of the eternal circle, the unbroken circle, attaching the island spring water, in containers to the branches. It was laid over Imbolc, a time when the mother holds her breath and all is centred inwards to that still point, the very centre of creative thought, where all dreams are born.

The true centre of the Isle of Wight is near Gatcombe. Ancient fosse ways lace their way around this magical area and power/ley lines can visibly be seen in the way the trees curl and twine their huge trunks in a dance of energy. Almost hidden in this fosse way is a very beautiful small Scots Pine, whose branches dip downwards to the earth, a most welcoming tree, and one that , although normally Scots Pine reaches up high to catch the sun, to soak all that solar energy in to its roots, this friendly Scots Pine did the opposite, almost reaching into the hands of the Human.

Physical uses: This essence has many healing properties: It can assist in auric protection, mending and sealing a damaged aura. It can be taken internally or placed on the hands for an auric sweep. It can assist in elevating the mood to a higher positive level, creating a change in attitude. It can help alleviate and sooth lung and respiratory ailments.
